Ronald A. Hopkins is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in political science.  Mr. Hopkins has lived in Perry County, Pennsylvania for the past twenty-five years with his wife, Sue, and their three children.  For the past twenty years, Mr. Hopkins ran his own landscaping business.  Mr. Hopkins re-entered Penn State to receive his teaching certificate and is currently teaching youthful offenders at a detention center which operates in Perry County.
